Scorecard
Last updated 10 October 2026
Scorecard builds interview notes from on-screen captions. No bot joins your call, and no audio is recorded.
Stays in your browser
Captions are read from Google Meet, Teams or Zoom in your browser while you take notes. Transcripts, templates and your interview library are stored locally.
Let candidates know you are taking notes; the in-call consent helper can post a message for you.
Sent to our server
AI drafts: the transcript and your template, sent through our server to Anthropic and not stored. A monthly count enforces the allowance.
ATS connections (Pro): your ATS API key, encrypted at rest and never sent back to the browser, and a log of each push (provider, candidate reference, result).
Team plan: shared templates, and the interviews members choose to share (including transcript), encrypted at rest and deleted after the team’s retention period (365 days unless the team sets otherwise).
Like every extension we make: your install id, your licence if you have one, usage counts for plan limits, and optional “Help improve” data if you turn it on. See the main privacy policy.
Other services
Anthropic (Claude): Scorecard drafts from the transcript.
Your ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or Workable): Receives the scorecard notes you choose to submit.
Google permissions
Asked for only when you use the feature, and used only for it:
drive.file: Google Docs export: creates only the documents Scorecard makes for you, directly from your browser.
Scorecard’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don’t use Google user data for advertising, don’t sell it, don’t let people read it except with your consent, for security or where the law requires, and don’t use it to train AI models.
Your choices
